About me
With over 20 years of experience in the international hospitality sector and leadership roles at hotels and hospitality concepts, I know what it feels like to lead under pressure. Now I guide entrepreneurs, leaders and professionals who long for growth, clarity and direction — both in their work and personal lives.
As a lecturer in higher and university education and as a coach, I combine business acumen with human leadership. My approach is practical, warm and confrontational when needed.
